KIT THeatre
KIT Theatre is an award-winning not for profit theatre company.
Their mission is to make playful, immersive theatre for, by and with young people which improves their relationship to learning and develops their empathy, resilience and critical thinking.
I've worked with KIT since they started in 2010 and have worked as an Associate Artist on a number of their projects. I also co-created Enviro Takeover with KIT.
ENVIRO TAKEOVER
The school has recently been named a 'T.R.E.E. School', with responsibility for leading sustainability in the community. But a stingy financial inspector says sustainability is too expensive and the plan has to be scrapped. Through campaigning and creative endeavours, can the whole school work together to create long term sustainable changes and change the inspectors mind?
Enviro piloted in 2021 and is due for a further release in 2023 with Battersea Arts Centre.
